Diana’s Oyster Bar & Grill is Making Waves

Diana’s Oyster Bar & Grill quietly set sail and chartered new territory opening its second location in December of 2015.  Waiting for winter storms to pass they made waves with their recent grand opening celebration, treating everyone in attendance with an incredible catch.

The festive atmosphere featured live music, an official welcome from Markham Mayor, Frank Scarpitti and a true fisherman’s feast showcasing some of their finest fare.

Some of the amazing fresh seafood cast from their nets included oysters in various preparations:  fried to perfection in crispy oyster po’ boy sliders; baked and topped with smoky bacon; swimming in a spicy Caesar style shooter; and shucked and served on the half shell from their signature oyster bar (an impressive focal point which a continually evolving selection).

Other offerings included:  jumbo shrimp cocktail with tangy sauce; smoked salmon crostini; buttery lobster sliders; grilled salmon skewers; charred octopus topping a fresh tomato bruschetta; tuna and salmon tartar; mini salmon burgers; and golden crab cakes along with lightly battered calamari served with chipotle aioli.

With a talented chef preparing such creations and a menu featuring an impressive selection of ocean fare, Diana’s is certainly angling patrons to its doors.

This fine dining restaurant, with its freshness, selection and culinary flare has captured the palettes of seafood lovers hook, line and sinker. Buon Appetito!
