Thankful for Great Advice from Chef Curtis Stone

Curtis Stone

Several years ago I used to watch a program on TLC that featured a charismatic Australian Chef that would approach unsuspecting shoppers and offer to prepare them dinner.  The mouthwatering meals and charm of the take-home chef often had me looking over my shoulder at the grocery store in the hopes of gaining some of his valuable culinary insight.  Although I didn’t have Chef Curtis Stone helping me load my grocery cart, I did have the opportunity recently to gather some knowledge from the award-winning chef with menu planning ideas to host a fool-proof and festive holiday affair.  It was the next best thing to having this renowned chef, restaurateur and author in my kitchen.
